        Terrible bank lady with glasses very rude charged me 10 for bank statements I couldnt get them online because there online banking never works lady was rude shouting and keep asking why I need bank statements

I closed my account today because theres so many banks along the high street offering better deals and a more efficient service. If I could rate 0 I would
