        Terrible bank lady with glasses very rude charged me 10 for bank statements I couldnt get them online because there online banking never works lady was rude shouting and keep asking why I need bank statements

        Terrible bank. You wait In the line for hours as only 1-2 people are behind the desk at a time and when you finally reach them they cant offer you the help you need. I closed my account today because theres so many banks along the high street offering better deals and a more efficient service. If I could rate 0 I would
