I have been coming to this bank since the age of 15,and never have I been treated like I have been treated today . I was served by the bank teller Marijke and she openly embarrassed me about the coins I brought in . My daughter broke her piggy bank and rather have change lying around I brought it to the bank Her tone and demeanour was belittling. She needs to be reprimanded for her insulting behaviour . She needs to have extensive training on customer service or retire

Clean, tidy, organised branch with lovely staff that welcome you with a smile. You're greeted by a lovely gentleman as you enter and I was directed to Mr Karan who was so helpful. He provided excellent customer service to me and recommended an appt which is long overdue for my accounts to be checked. I give praise where its due and I really appreciate the service i received here.
