I found Trudi via Quickbooks when I was in dire straits and desperately needed an accountant for both my Self Assessment and my overdue small business accounts. As a start-up we've found Neo Accounting has taken away the confusion (and fear) of accounting and reporting. We'd already been using QB for 9 months, finding it pretty intuitive, but Trudi has helped discover short-cuts and helped streamline processes. Come end of year reporting, she has made everything clear, helped understand what profit is available and advised on efficiencies. She's very quick to respond to queries and follows up patiently when she needs us to action things at out end. Couldn't be happier with the service and overall has removed any anxiety of doing something wrong from an accounting perspective.
