Beautiful place, so calm and peaceful. The Oats was cute and compact, cosy and spotlessly clean. It was so warm and welcoming too. A wonderful place for families to sit back and relax. The animals all look loved and well cared for. We were with the group doing the Ultra Challenge, raising money for Young Lives V Cancer. Nettlecombe farm was perfect for all of us. Thank you for having us at your beautiful farm. xx Rooms: Clean and cosy

I didn't stay here as I'm an Islander, I only come here for the fishing. If you want peace and quiet, with tranquil views this is the place to come, and the fishing is top notch too. Well stocked lakes, with abundance of Carp, in prime condition. Done a lot of fishing here in 2022. This was my first trip of 2023, the surroundings are just as beautiful as ever, and the fishing just as good, I'll post a picture of my biggest Carp, although I caught quite a few. The cottages for holiday lets look beautiful, especially if you have a young family, to watch a working farm with lots of animals

We loved our stay at Nettlecombe farm, despite the rainy week we'd chosen to go to the Isle of Wight. The kids loved feeding the farm animals, the cottage was spacious with incredibly comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and everything you might need for young children - stair gate, bed rail, cot, highchair and stomping round the farm was great fun. The activities on the island itself feel like they were all designed with young children in mind and many of them are just a short drive from Nettlecombe - blackgang chine, Godshill model Village, the donkey sanctuary, to name but a few. A perfect holiday with toddlers.
