I have been attending Vickys running space class for a while now. Shes an amazing coach. She keeps me motivated and helps me to achieve my goals. Vicky always chops and changes her classes and locations so that we get a good variety. Vicky really is a kind and caring person if your hurt or sore in a particular area she will give you different runs/exercises to do. She will give you tips to get better. She goes all out! I look forward to going every week :-)

After 2 years I wouldn't train with anyone else I am faster a fitter than I ever thought possible . Vicky is a very professional and experienced coach offering a variety of classes to suite the need of the beginner or experience athlete with one to one sessions and training plans to help you achieve your personal goal and there's friendly fun group sessions if you want to make new friends and make fitness fun :0)

I have been having PT sessions with Vicky for about a month or more including attending her group classes. Vicky creates her sessions for me that are personalised to the goals I want to achieve. I would recommend Vicky Walker Coaching to anyone who is new to their weight loss journey or who has lost their confidence in exercising, as Vicky will soon get you back on track! Vicky also offers great support and guidance around diet and nutrition, including developing structure throughout your week to ensure there is continuity in putting work towards your set goals without making you feel under pressure. #BestPTever
