Pull the Cork never disappoint. Ive loved every wine that they have recommended for me. Christof's knowledge is outstanding and he couldn't be nicer to deal with. They have been extremely flexible and helpful with numerous orders, and helped me out on a number of gift cases for friends and colleagues which have been very well recieved. Highly recommended!

On 2nd of September I bought 2 bottles of wine from them, it has been a little over a month and I found it strange not to have received any notifications or my bottles of wine. I tried to get in touch with them through the email they provide on their page, but I didn't get a return, I went to social networks (Instagram and Facebook) and with great effort I got a return saying that they will check what had happened to my order , two weeks later, keep texting saying I was waiting for a return, at great cost they said that my wine bottles would not have crossed the Irish border so that's why they were returned to their store and they offered me to try again or refund, I after 2 months of waiting, I just wanted my money back, which by the way is 64, since they offered the refund no one has ever replied to me, every day I send a message and no one returns, they have already seen it but no one replies! Terrible customer service and consideration! Give my money back!!!!

Elliot from Pull the Cork hosted two corporate virtual wine tasting for us my law firm, Osborne Clarke. He was a real hit with our guests, and the wine he supplied was delicious. He even put together an informal quiz at the end which was great fun. Would really recommend for any virtual events your planning with clients/friends or family.
