Such a nice pub! I had 4 hours to kill whilst waiting for my son in the area to finish a course, and I needed somewhere to work from remotely. I decided against going to a coffee shop and was glad to have found this place. I got a lovely large table by the window, ordered a brunch - Poached eggs, avocado on toast, fries and a drink on a meal special. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Service was spot on - everyone there was really nice - with water being bought over to me without me having to ask. Coffee here was good too! Wifi was strong and allowed me to work there with no issues. I wish I had a pub like this near me! If I am in the area again, I know where to go. Thank you for the great service!

Been coming into The Regent for the past year now, have nothing bad to say! The staff are warm and welcoming, always up for a bit of friendly banter. Great menu with plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Was in on Sunday last week, which was quiz night and there wasn't an empty sit. Great pub, would highly recommend See you again soon

Cute pub on Chestnut Grove in Balham. Went here for St Patrick's Day and there was a great atmosphere about.
