I had a very bad experience with this lot a few years ago. I had to countersign some legal documents and they were the closest solicitors on the High Street. The worn out carpet and decor put me off in the first place. The young white woman receptionist was polite and summoned an Asian solicitor. From then onwards everything went downhill! The elderly Asian bespectacled solicitor came out and asked to see my papers. I trusted him with his business and handed over my papers. He took his time to read all this confidential information and then told me he cannot help. I was baffled. He knew very well why I was there, but, what I did not understand was his lecherous interest in my private documents. The receptionist was very uncomfortable throughout this encounter and I actually felt sorry for her. If you need help from these people, I would advice some caution and demand professionalism.

My experience with A to z has been very good over the last 10 years,with my disrepair issues/concerns.However i have had to continually chase Ade whom has taken on my case from my previous representative over the last 2months and made an appointment a month an a half ago cancelled due to him having Covid?since then i have been informed by him he has over a hundred cases meaning mines which has been ongoing for over 3 and half years and yet to be concluded, i am having to chase council and contractors independently with no support from A to z law.Ade has not done what he said he would do,contacting me for an update as he has stated he has had a comprehensive handover this has been confirmed by Mr Khan,i had found that they have been disingenuous.i have logged dates and time of my calls.on three occasions Ade stated to the reception such a lovely individual who is the only one whom has expressed any empathy he informed them that he will call me back this hasnt happened thus far.I have every intention to raise an official complaint regarding my representation,no direct contact from Ade(housing Solicitor)a fragrant disregard to clients whom they are ment to be supporting.I am expressing my honest opinion based on my experience.

Very Very bad service for 6 mons with them they didn't do anything waste my time my money. Now I have new lawyer everything is moving so quickly and good.

terrible solicitors, spoke to them about case for 20 minutes after getting there details from their agents "quality Solicitors" however they are anything but, the fundamental points of the case said they would get back to me. was apprehensive due to the rudeness but held off calling another solicitor in case they called and got nothing. Avoid AZ like the plague.
