(Original) trs bon htel pour un 2 toiles. l'accueil est sympathique. Proprete des parties publiques. Il semble avoir t refait rcemment (sjour en 05/23). Rooms: La chambre "suprieur" est trs bien avec les appareils mis disposition: machine expresso, bouilloire, fer repasser, ventilateur. Elle est refaite galement neuf offrant une salle de douche trs fonctionnelle. Propret excellente. Vraiment rien redire.

        When we stayed it turned out the hotel was accommodating mental health patients to relieve pressure in the local hospital. We were not advised of this in advance or at check in. We checked out in a hurry on the first morning due to the worrying noise and physical banging through the wall from next door. With all sympathy and respect for the person in that room, it sounded unsafe. We left and paid for another hotel, what else can you do? Admittedly I was slow in raising this with Travelodge, but they are not willing to acknowledge the incident or consider a refund due to the time elapsed so I am highlighting to future travellers to be aware. I feel sorry for the nice lady on reception who was clearly struggling to deal with the overall situation and hope the person in the room next door is now doing well. Safety: As described in review
