Heather, the lady who greeted me was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was explained to me carefully so that I was aware of my options. At the same time there was no 'hard sell' put on me.
Samantha, the lady in charge on the day of the funeral explained everything in detail of what to expect. She made everything run smoothly and to time.
All in all, they made what could a sad and stressful occasion a lot easier.
I would highly recommend these people.
