Absolutely shocked I had the grilled chicken and then straight after had diarrhoea and now upset belly was one of my favourite chicken shops but due to this I will no longer be going please be aware also there chips came burnt like they have just been re cooked 10 times absolutely disgusting will never go there again I was a good customer

I mean, respectfully this place is in my top 5 atrocious fast food place. Ordered via Uber Eats, and the food came quite instant, and it was looking forward to it. Horrible experience. Spent 35 on a Fantastic 4 meal, fries was bitter - like old taste. Chicken, rubbery and just lack of tenderness. Burger was simply inedible and just horrid. Went out my way to educate the manager on call, and the geeza said take it up with Uber eats, and money will be returned - looking like a shortcut in not taking responsibility. Moreover, the geeza said next time well do you a better order, and I said well why not now? And he said not enough drivers etc. Basically, no incentive given.
