I booked my first home delivery from this bakery before fat Thursday hoping to enjoy some freshly baked traditional polish doughnuts. Despite me being home on that day, the delivery driver dumped the bag with my order outside on an electricity meter box outside. Delivered goods were packed in flimsy plastic bags and everything was all over the place. Of 6 doughnuts I odered there were only 5 in the bag and all 5 were definitely not fresh. The apple doughnut was so old that it was stale! The quality of bread was also not the best. Boryna bread was dry and had so many holes that it was impossible to butter it. When I contacted Olawa Bakery regarding issues I had with my order, they never replied and ignored my messages. Concluding- poor product quality, missing items, plastic packaging and complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend.

The shop might be nice but their delivery service is a joke. They never deliver on the day they are supposed to, and contacting them is impossible. No one picks up the phone, no one answers emails, and if you message them they won't reply despite the message clearly being read. They display a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I don't have my money or my order and I can't reach them and get any information. I've been trying to reach them for three days now and in return they blocked me on Facebook and blocked my number. I guess I won't get my order or my money back. Do not trust this business!
