Been using these guys since I moved local to them a year or so ago, Jack's always happy to help and they have a good stock of bits so have got me out of trouble quite a few times.

Not sure why my last post was deleted unless it was because it was negative? Sorry, it's not possible for anyone to have been dealing with this company for over 10 years, they only started trading in 2014. I'm always wary of reviews that don't seem genuine. I always found the previous members of staff to be great and very experienced. No offence whatsoever to the new staff but I wouldn't use Jenpro GWER now. There are other excellent suppliers locally that offer great pricing, great service and treat customers, suppliers and staff well.

I have been using Jenpro GWER for over 10 years now, mainly for welding consumables and parts, but also to purchase and rent welding plant. The owner, Nick Ivemy, has always been extremely helpful and supportive, especially during the early years of setting up my fabrication business. In the last 18 months, Nick has really taken the business to a new level. The company suffered some staffing issues a couple of years ago, but I would thoroughly suggest that anyone let down in the past should give these guys another chance. The shop has been completely re-fitted and is now staffed by an all new front of house team. These guys are personable, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable of their trade. The sales team come from a hands-on welding background and consequently have solid technical knowledge of what they sell . They are also just nice guys, always friendly, happy to share their knowledge and make you feel valued as a customer.
