Brent Dental Practice

Zero stars if I could. An absolutely shocking service. Terrible practice. Receptionist is extremely rude. The dental treatment is rough and painful. My filling has fallen out and my Invisalign has still not been corrected/finished two years after the predicted time due to negligence from dentist. Complete lack of care from practice manager. Ive raised a formal complaint. Honestly avoid this dentists if you can. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was truly awful.

I had some fillings done a few months ago. The dentist really hurt me as he was forcing his hand on my bottom lip, he wasn't really careful. It felt like a rushed. The job was horrible. It never felt right even though I went back once to have it fixed again. At the end, I had to go to a private dentist to fix all the damage he has done. I wish I could give 0 star

No star reviews, Waited 45 mins for appointment, was having a filling replaced and new filling done, asked if injection hurts and he said no. Then said he would start drilling and raise hand if too much . Didnt feel any injection. It was hitting a nerve so raised hand but didnt immediately stop, felt so rushed (20 mins to do two fillings ) then when he started second filling, I asked if he had numbed it, he said no, most people dont like feeling numb .WTH , I didnt even get given the option, I thought it was normal to numb area thats always been my experience with the last two albeit 20 years ago , and what did he think I meant when I said if injection hurt. The new filling is not hurting but feels no different tbh, but the replacement is left throbbing the nerve pain is horrible , and when I asked will that last he just said no ! No care or time taken and cost me 220 for all this ! Finding a new dentist now , had a bad experience there 20 years ago albeit another dentist , but this practice is not good in my opinion! Feel totally ripped off for 20 minutes work !!
