Very professional and helpful. We had two surveys through k and a surveyors and we had very quick responses which were very thorough and detailed! Overall very happy and would 100% recommend!

The service was excellent. The staff and Okan were very receptive and provided us with a phone summary of the outcome of inspection. The report arrived within the prescribed timeframe and was very comprehensive. I would definitely recommend their service.

Absolutely fantastic service! We'd had the misfortune of using another surveyor on a property that unforunately fell through, and they were horrendous. Thankfully, we found K&A Charted Surveyors with their amazing reviews. I initially took the reviews with a pinch of salt thinking they couldn't possibly be THAT good. They were! Honestly blown away with how quickly they were able to do the survey and send back the report. Even had a call with Okan afterwards who patiently explained the survey and gave us advice, even though the report was very comprehensive. Another shout out to Kerry who was our first point of contact and was so lovely to speak to. Really professional and the whole team is incredibly down to earth. Given the stresses of moving they really made this part a joy! Can't recommend them enough. Thank you!
