I have been working with eCORRECTOR as a proofreader/editor for several months now, and I have had a very positive and professional experience. I mostly correspond with Klaudia and Dawid, who always communicate the authors' needs in a clear and timely manner. The work of the eCORRECTOR team undoubtedly creates an efficient environment for helping authors improve their chances of having articles accepted for publication.

I have been working as a legal proofreader with eCorrector for several months now and I am always very pleased with the communication and their professionalism. Klaudia and Dawid are always very kind, friendly and responsive and our collaboration has been wonderful so far. We have worked on small to large scale projects and they always allow sufficient time for the project to be completed to high standards. The feedback is always constructive and the payment is always prompt. It's truly a pleasure working with the team.

I am very much suprised to see all these positive reviews, as they are misleading. Being a Ukrainian author, I have ordered proofreading of a scientific article from this company. It was declared that proofreading will be done by a native speaker with PhD and background in the field. At best, it can be said that this was a native speaker. However, a person with PhD cannot edit texts like that. It was also clear that this person has no background in my field. Firstly, the meaning was completely distorted. Secondly, new errors were inrtroduced into the text. Thirdly, the proofreader did not know the terminology in the field, the changes were awful. And finally, she even amended direct citations and inserted a piece of text simply copied from Wikipedia. After my claim, the company offered a refund. They eventually made refund with delay. Now I don't know when I can get it, because it is done through paypal which does not work in Ukraine. I've just lost time and money. Very much frustrating experience.
