    Appalling service - called 40 minutes before saying I would need to be at the train station at 8:30. They said they would send a car for.me.to be ready at 8:10. At 8:16 I called and they said driver went on another job and they sent another driver that would take 10min to arrive meaning I would never get my train. Option given - cancel the service. I called 40 minutes in advance and missed my last train home, how is this possible?

    Very good service both on phone and transfer. I asked price when booking and was told it was a set fee, of which I was happy to pay. Would use again
