shocking service.... constantly getting on at them. say they have changed email address... not on the Web site or on the telephone. repairs are just a botched job.

Everytime I try and get hold of landlord there never seems to be an answer or a call back when requested. Many problems in house needs sorted an I'm getting nowhere. Ceiling is falling down downstairs and toilet is now leaking from wall. Office and mobile number doesnt even ring anymore. I will be contact the home owner to inform them. Also have 2 small babies. Appauling to treat paying tenants like this constantly

Absolute disgrace of a company! Boiler stopped working with a newborn baby and it took them a month to get someone out to fix it after countless times being on their backs about it, drain outside blocked for over a year, only finally came to fix it when environmental health got into contact with them. Shower started leaking through to the kitchen downstairs and they never bothered to come and fix it so my partner had to patch it up himself and slates loose on the roof leaking into the house and nothing done about it ! Glad we are not with this company anymore they are awful. STAY AWAY !
