Ben and his team were not previously known to us, however, having a requirement for Professionals who have specialist knowledge in period properties, we have not been disappointed. We have been working with Ben and the team over the past 7 months. During this time, they have completely renovated our old hall and also restored a beautiful fireplace. Ben and the team have been committed, and motivated and it is clear to see the pride they place in their work, always putting the needs of the customer and the property first, with minimal disruption. All professionals have been respectful, undertaking the work in a timely manner. I was looking for professional support to undertake structural alterations to our home, upgrade thermal insulation to our remaining solid brick external walls and refurbishment of our kitchen and bathroom at a pace that we could manage whilst still living in our home. Todate the structural alterations have been completed inside our home and an 8 meter brick wall built to link our house and garage. Ben and his team have worked with me to help bring my ideas to life. They have been supportive from day one and have been happy to discuss any queries that I have had along the way. When I originally approached this firm I had no prior knowledge of their work, only the information available from their website. They were the only firm that I approached that showed any real commitment in supporting us with our plans and we have been really pleased with the standard of work provided thus far.
