The store is great, the staff are shocking. When it comes to dealing with the post office its really like they dont want it there; It is like a lottery when its open, visited 4 times in 4 weeks (June & July 21) at random times when it should be open only to find the post office closed and the staff have been very dismissive about it, even if you just want to drop an item they wont let you If you have pre-paid for items using the post office online portal click & drop they insist on scanning each item to give you a proof of posting, even when you request they dont. I'm guessing this makes them look busier than they are. They will not use the Royal Mail POD bulk forms but insist on scanning every item not matter what it does to the queue. You get questioned if paying in more than 500 in cash into your own personal account, asking where the money has come from.... The Post Office should really look to remove the licence from this location as they are damaging your brand and given that its meant to be a hub for the local community it's your brand not the stores that's being tarnished. Needless to say I will never step foot inside this store again.
