Our company Adamson Construction Ltd had received planning refusals for a proposed home extension in a Conservation area. When we received the refusal we contacted Mike to take over the Planning appeal. Mike dealt with everything professionally and his process is very organised and as smooth as silk. I cant recommend Mike at MPD highly enough. I had been advised previously that I would not be successful in submitting a planning application for a residential dwelling on my garden site. On Mikes first visit, he was optimistic and explained clearly what he thought would be the best approach to take but didnt rule out the possibility of having to go to appeal. However, despite the various obstacles put in place by the LPA and the length of time taken for them to reach a decision, Mike persisted with the application with tenacity and handled the whole process in a very professional and pragmatic manner. He also had to deal with one very stressful client throughout an arduous journey! I was granted planning permission without having to go to appeal and I believe this was due entirely to Mikes expertise and knowledge of the planning system. I wouldnt have any hesitation in using the services of MPD again with any future planning applications.
