I instructed for a home buyers survey, AMG Home coming recommended from local estate agents. Extremely thorough job, well laid out and easy to understand report, and great follow up to make sure I was happy with everything and understood the issues raised. Great VFM (personally I'm less concerned about the cost when the report required is so crucial, but still very reasonable to my mind), faultless service - 5/5.

Andy has completed 3 surveys on 3 different properties for me in the last 8 months. I pulled out of the first property because of the issues he found, the 2nd property fell through because of legal issues and on the 3rd he found issues that the vendor didn't know about. He was more than happy to answer any questions I had, and explained things in 'layman' terms. I would happily recommend him to anyone who needs a survey doing

AMG Home Inspections provided me with a brilliant service. Andrew called on the day whilst at the property with an update on how it was going, then provided a comprehensive report in the following days. In addition to providing the detailed report, Andrew was more than happy to explain anything in the report over the phone where I needed it. It's not often I feel compelled to review a business like this, but I wish I could give six stars.

Andy did a survey for me on behalf of my parents who were in the process of buying a property in Warrington. He came recommend by their estate agents. I found Andy very easy to deal with and professional. He turned the survey around very quickly and the price we paid was very competitive. The survey was detailed and easy to understand. It highlighted a few issues which we pointed out to the vendor. Andy always made himself available for any questions I had which was very reassuring and went out of his way to help. Highly recommended.
