Matt came round to see our old boiler that needed replacing and recommended an ATAG one with some optional extras. He came round on the agreed date, fitted it with no problems came back the following day to finish some bits and show me how to operate it. I work in construction and I'm aware people are cautious when it comes to getting building jobs done.I highly recommend Richards Simmons heating, excellent job done, no fuss and the new boiler is working well.

Had a boiler replacement, Matt and Max were very professional and friendly and did a great job installing the new boiler and explaining how to use it. The boiler was installed and ready to use the same day. Would definitely recommend.

Visited to attend to/investigate a problem we were experiencing after we'd been messed around by British Gas. He (sorry not sure who it was as my son didn't ask his name) gave us valuable advice and was incredibly fair about doing this to avoid us having to pay unnecessary charges. Wouldn't hesitate to contact this company again, and would be happy for them to complete work for us.

Had my first year service recently & it reminded me that I never left the review I intended to. Previous boiler I had was day to day pressure top up. New boiler installed is hassle free (like it should be). Had unforeseen issues when new was installed. Big problem. Not to My Guy! Hole in house bricked up (previous boiler mounted covering it) & boarded over without him breaking a sweat. Boiler mounted, installed & running same day. All dealt with in a way that was family and house friendly. Simply professional, clean & respectful of family environment. Ace! Tom... Sorry its taken me so long to leave this review. Highly recommended.
