Great Barr School of Motoring

A wonderful experience learning to drive with Dave. Could not ask for anything better. Dave provided excellent feedback and kept me calm during challenging situations. At first, I thought that I was a hopeless driver! However, thanks to Dave's great instruction, I ended up passing my test on my first attempt. I would recommend Great Barr School of Motoring to all!

I couldnt recommend this driving school more, Dave was patient and calm. He taught me other methods of understanding the car as I can be hard of hearing, dyslexic and Dyspraxic. I was able to pass first time because of his teaching. Thank you Dave for the freedom you have given to me. Rachel xxx

Having previously attempted to learn to drive several years ago and so not having driven since, I was looking for a driving instructor who could accurately assess what I could and couldn't do as I wasn't a complete beginner. Dave Thompson (the instructor of Great Barr School of Motoring) was excellent at identifying my needs and abilities and helped me develop my driving skills to a level where I felt comfortable and confident. Dave takes you through your lessons thoroughly and patiently and always answers any questions so you can fully understand what you are doing. I couldn't fault any of his methods and I wouldn't change a thing about my lessons as through Dave's instruction I passed my driving test on my first attempt! I couldn't recommend Great Barr School of Motoring enough!
