Gareth measured for three wooden venetian blinds, ordered and fitted them in under two weeks. He fitted them quickly and professionally. They are good quality and look great.

Fantastic service from Shabby Freak from my first phone call, to arranging a visit and quote to the fitting of my new blinds. Everything was done smoothly and efficiently and I was so happy with the finished result. The customer service I received throughout was second to none. Shabby Freak was recommended to me by a friend who was equally as impressed as I was and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting new blinds. Thank you Gareth!

Made an enquiry in regards to a blind that I would like making using a particular Wrendale fabric to match my kitchen. Was told very curtly that this was something they did not do. I myself work for a small business and customer service and attitude should be at the forefront when dealing with a potential client. I was swiftly and rudely dismissed feeling quite frankly an inconvenience. I then rang Harmony Blinds of Leigh who Shabby Freak need a lesson from in Customer service. The gentleman who I spoke to initially listened to my predicament in regards to fabric explained that his employee who made the roman blinds had retired but kindly suggested another lady. He listened and was helpful. Unbeknown to either shop is that I am replacing the rest of my blinds in the near future and will defiantly not entertain Shabby Freak due to abrupt and discourteous manner .
