Not sure what happend maybe caught him on an off day, called up asked which Peacocks he had in, didnt seem very helpful at all, then when I asked for some photos of fish he had in tanks before I travelled down, he basically said he couldn't be bothered doesn't have time for that and was pretty short tbh, I don't normally leave negative reviews being a business owner myself but I was extreamly disappointed with his attitude as I prob would have spent a fair amount considering I was going to stock a new 350l tank and he was recomended highly. This won't put people off and its not meant too, he has so many good reviews am prob more disappointed so I hope he reads this and it makes him realise customer service is key or maybe he is just so busy he doesn't need new customers.
