I'm not sure how a company such as this can be allowed to be in business Very unresponsive and unable to answer the simplest of questions regarding accounts We had to dissolve and set up a new management company as we were unable to obtain the records form companies house Our building is in dire need of maintenance and nothing has been done Truly shocking 1 Star as Zero isn't available

Dreadful company, they promise that they will do work and then it never gets done. We have been waiting over a year for a missing tile on the roof to be replaced! Our courtyard floods. And forget about getting any regular maintenance - our property is a mess. Avoid.

Shocking service. Zero communication. Took me almost a year to regain control of our management company. Avoid this company at all costs. I don't know how they exist in this day and age. Only gave one star because I couldn't give no stars!!

Short review: Avoid this company. This would be a 0 star review if it could be. Long review: It would be quicker - and less hassle - to set up your own property management company than to employ this firm. Responsiveness: None existent. Emails go unanswered. Calls are passed to the 'overflow service', which are subsequently un-returned. On the one occasion we managed to get through to a receptionist, even they were unable to get hold of the department we required. Of course the message the receptionist took was either lost or ignored: our call was never returned. Quality: Terrible. Why? Accounts: Twice we've been sent invoices, for which the sum total is not the sum of the figures being billed for. When questioned a new invoice was sent out. Again this didn't add up. Eventually our concerns were 'noted', however at not point has PM property services acknowledged that the issue is closed, or that they were wrong. Therefore we've no idea if this issue is closed or not. Repairs. The flat managed by PM property services (they manage the whole block) had water leaking into through the roof from the flat above (which PM property services manage). It took weeks, bordering months, before they gained entry to the flat to resolve the issue. Even so it was then months before the root of the problem was fixed. When questioned about when a contractor would be around to make good the damage (a hole cut into the roof to assess the water damage), PM property services couldn't find the records of their work, and the owners of the property had to re-send their own emails back to them to prove that they had conducted the work. Do not employ this company. Take the time to search (it's a matter of minutes) for a reputable, competent firm. Google has plenty of them.
