        I recently visited Gail with a really painful callous which I had made worse with an at home treatment. Gail was lovely and made me feel relaxed and at ease. She was very gentle with removing the callous and sorting out the mess the at home treatment had caused to my sore foot. She gave me some really useful advice on how to look after my feet better and she wasn't pushy about when / if I should return to her, which I absolutely will even if just for the soothing foot massage at the end!
