We bought a towbar for kuga mk2. My dad fitted it but got stuck on some of the wiring. We rang and spoke to the fitter who was extremly helpful. Thanks.

Bought tow bar that was supposed to fit a Mazda Bongo Friendee. On fitting, of 4 of bolts supplied to replace towing eye only 3 could be used as one hole in chassis unthreaded. Not a real problem. Underneath a hole in bar was completely in wrong position. Still not too much of a problem, I thought but after drilling through body and fitting spacer then finally fitting tow-ball it was noticably obvious that the tow-ball was off-centre towards o/s. After many calls and finally taking it back to manufacturer, all they could do is offer me my money back and were in total denial, saying that all was OK and they had never had any previous complaints. The 'so called' technical guy even measured it with a broken tape measure!! I would have had my money back if I hadn't drilled hole and fitted spacer, as I couldn't risk buying an alternative as they appear to be very similar but the spacer may be in a slightly different place. Anyhow I had a welder friend remove and replace tow ball plate and rectify wrongly placed hole. All I can say is I will NEVER use *anker again and wish I'd chosen Tow Trust now as theirs appear better engineered with extra bracketing for n/s. So be warned!

Rude unprofessional and expensive they need to learn customer service skills and explain about there products a bit more rather than selling a product later realising you only have half a product and need to buy the other make sure you ask exactly what you are paying for it ended costing me more to get the correct product and advise MONEY GRABBERS
