Southcoast Liquid Screeding and Underfloor Heating

Weve used Southcoast Liquid Screeding on a number of projects from residential extensions, through to commercial refurbishments. Ross and his team are brilliant. They are thorough, professional, very flexible and always turn up with a smile. Their work is of excellent standard and they clean up well afterwards. My new lounge and entrance porch.. with its own loo ...were to be wet screed filed...some 30m. Ross and Robbie soon had the" trees" set up to define the fill levels. The wet screed was soon pumped in up to the trees. It was very organised and quick. Final puddling to ensure it was everywhere it should be..was the last thing done using a tubed frame. It was an interesting process and all questions were answered by Ross. Would recommend with no reservations. Steve Howells.

I would highly recommend south coast liquid screeding and will definitely use them again on future projects. From the start the communication with Ross was bang on, after my first enquiry I had a fair price within minutes. Ross and Rob turned up on time and got the job done quickly in a professional manner, they are both very polite and friendly and cant do enough to make the job go smoothly. I was was really pleased with the finished concrete flow screed floor, even though there was some problems with my measurements they got over it for me. Thanks again ! Service: Install flooring
