        My order couldn't be processed because of my postcode. Yet the postcode checker didn't alert me of this and neither did the checkout/payment process. So money was taken, and apparently it will take 2 weeks for a refund.

        I wouldn't have given any stars! Disgusting treatment of customers; profit comes first! Firstly, the website does not give information regarding which postcodes they deliver to, or not, took my order and took payment instantly. Then I received an email from Joyce McLean saying they do not deliver to my postcode and would issue a refund. After waiting more than several days, I simply enquired as to why the refund had not yet been made to my account. Joyce McLean was sarcastic, only reply "YOUR WELCOME"! Then over the phone, rude and told me I would have to wait until next week to be issued a refund! It is now just two weeks to Christmas! Next week I have to be already prepared to cater for family including grandchildren! Appalling treatment, especially so close to Christmas. Disgusting behavior, and by all accounts, a first for any fresh food delivery service!!!

        Had a really nice morning with my wife and grandchildren at the Open Day. Got to see how the farm works and enjoy some of the food. Great produce, highly recommend buying from Organic Pantry.
