Doxford Barns

Absolutely stunning venue - As soon as we walked in, we knew that we wanted to book our wedding at Doxford Barns. We got married on a Saturday, so had exclusive use from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning and the whole weekend was faultless. The meal at the venue on the Friday was such a lovely touch, and was great way to bring those staying in the cottages together to start the celebrations. The staff were all lovely, and they did such an amazing job over the weekend. All the food was also incredible. I couldn't recommend Doxford Barns more.

We attended an evening wedding reception - the venue is stunning and I couldnt fault our experience. Location wise, the venue is at the end of a long winding road with beautiful views around the countryside. It looks like an amazing place to have a wedding, you would get stunning photos for sure!

My wife and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at Doxford Barns in October, and it was perfect! The venue is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for with our theme. All our guests were equally complimentary and said it felt warm and inviting. The staff were fantastic, and we couldnt have asked for better service, particularly from our wonderful coordinators Jess and Charlotte and the entire bar and catering team. We felt very well looked after all weekend. The food was delicious, the cottages (and the glamping pods) were quaint and homely, and the dcor was stunning. We opted for a 3-day Friday-Sunday wedding and are so glad we did. The venue could not have been more accommodating and didnt hesitate to let a small group of us hang around on Sunday afternoon while we waited for our train. Jess and Charlotte were so helpful and put up with all of our irritating last-minute tweaks and changes, without complaint and with a smile. All the recommended suppliers were great, bar a slight hiccup with the DJ, which was resolved quickly and efficiently, and without panic! We are so grateful for everyone and everything, and would absolutely recommend Doxford Barns to anyone in the future. 10/10, 5 Stars!
