This local garage overcharged me for parts and for parts they broke. Their service is slow. I booked my 997 in to have the coils replaced and a starter cable changed. I dropped the car off on Wednesday. They rang me on Thursday to say that the coils would be 58 each. I naively assumed this included fitting as they didnt mention any labour charge on top. You can buy the coils for half that price from design 911 so 29 labour would be about right. I heard nothing further. I rang 10 days later (Monday) and was promised a call back but nothing. I drove to QR sport on the Wednesday and was told the coils had been done but they basically didnt want to do the cable job. However in the process of having a look at the cable job they broke 100 worth of parts which they were waiting to be delivered. The car was finally ready to collect on the Friday (over 2 weeks after dropping it off). Having checked the bill I have just paid, they have charged me for the 100 of parts that they broke! If youre considering using this garage you should also check the invoice before you pay as they take payment first and then give you the invoice.

Second time used for specialist repairs, the first a Seat turbo was really well executed, the second also complex Cam belt replacement but completed quickly and with additions only an expert would consider to avoid a future large cost.
