        Booked to stay over for bank holiday during the week, seemed very happy to take our money via the website. Then on the morning we're due to depart, I get an email to say the owner hasn't responded to the booking so our booking has been cancelled. Call up to ask what's happened and am very rudely and abruptly told that they're booked up and our booking was cancelled - have to wonder why it was allowed to made in the first place then! Absolute joke, now left at the very last minute trying to rebook somewhere else during a bank holiday. Useless service, don't bother with the online booking.
