        Contacted for a gutter and window cleaning service. Agreed a date and price. No-show on the agreed day and won't answer phone or reply to text. If they didn't want the job that's fine, wouldn't take it personally... or if they came and thought the job would be more expensive, happy to re-negotiate. However, would appreciate not having time wasted and just being ignored after agreeing a date, which has set us back and meant we'll need to find someone else. Highly unprofessional. If there's a reasonable explanation for this, I'm willing to listen.
