Took Buddy in today for treatment. All the staff very polite and explained everything going on.

Always had a great service from all the team at Sore Paws. Very caring, thoughtful bunch who always give their best to care for your pets. Wouldn't go anywhere else. As far as cost goes, they are very competitive and cheaper than our previous vets. Recently, we had to have our dog put to sleep, and they've been fantastic. From advice on options to what equates to emotional support, they have been there the whole time. We even received a sympathy card with all the staffs little messages. You could say they are more than just a service provider.

Needed sore paws in an emergency yesterday staff were caring and efficient and couldn't do more to help, many many thanks because they gave me my dog back excellent vets will not go anywhere else

I have just recently joined this practice for my pets. I contacted them yesterday as I needed my dog to be seen due to an accident several days before whilst on holiday. They fitted my dog in without any issue at all and we were seen in a timely manner once there. Bonnie is much more comfortable after her visit. Staff are very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with the service and staff. Needed an emergency appointment again and was fitted in straight away for Chester the cat. They kept her all day and done tests without any issues. Staff explained everything to me, They were very helpful and friendly and I was able to ask questions Would highly recommend this vetinary surgery.
