        Booked a taxi for my son to get home but the taxi couldnt find us. Weve used your taxis for the past 5 years and had few problems but tonight your driver couldnt find us meaning my son had to walk home in the dark. Moving out of area so luckily well never have to use this company again

        Had a Taix book for Durham to Newtown Aycliffe at 2 am. Received a text ten minutes before we were meant to get it telling us it had been cancelled. Very unprofessional and definitely unreliable.

        You have to prebook before you need the taxi. So for example if I need a taxi for 3:30 Id book for 3:15 because they only offer your job at your booked time they do not arrive at your booked time. Not very reliable, always late and understaffed.

        Very unreliable service. Almost made me late to work numerous times by either cancelling 5 mins before or just not turning up.

        1 of very few firms that will get a short notice taxi to you in Newton Aycliffe at the minute. Usually within 20 mins so can't complain
