Don't mind working here it's sound lads sound staff and don't now why people put the place down. I have worked in some proper sheds but A-tech is good friendly place to work in....

"An example of a report I was commissioned to prove on t he running of the company - pleased to see that other people agree, "It is my opinion that A-Tech Fabrications are missing the main advantage of being an SME (Small Medium Enterprise) in that we are not taking advantage of being a small company and the ability of completing work and accomplishing tasks quickly and efficiently. We are slowed down by unnecessarily arduous paperwork procedures, difficult workload demands, poor communications and a lack of trust mentality. There are, Im told, great things on the horizon for A-Tech Fabrications. Sadly, they will be lost/missed in the current work environment. The concerns of your workforce must be listened to, discussed and the appropriate improving actions agreed and implemented."
