        Rang today to ask if they were interested in helping a local card businesses and if they allowed dogs to interact with their residents and was literally told no with no explanation or any interest for further information. Just "No" full stop. The first Carehome I have spoken to that doesn't want their residents to have a great experience with a pet they used to have and don't want to support local businesses. 2 stars for the fact the lady on the phone picked up and said "bye" rather than just hanging up...

        My Dad was taken into Defoe Court as an emergency resident when his wife was taken into hospital. The staff are fantastic, kind, happy and nothing too much trouble.My Dad was at his most vulnerable and was made to feel comfortable and cared for. Thank you everyone

        Staff are wonderful, very helpful and very friendly. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. They treat the residents with respect and will go the extra mile for any of them. This is really important as a relative of a resident as you have peace of mind knowing your loved one is getting the best care possible 24 hours a day.
