        Having done Pilates for many years in a different part of the country, I looked for a new local class just before lockdown. Then when Ashley started doing the online sessions I gave it a try. Ashleigh is a brilliant teacher. The classes are engaging, and I can genuinely feel the difference in my posture. I highly recommend!
