Niall has been coming to my property to treat an ongoing problem with rats for a few weeks now. I didn't have much hope to be honest as it's been ongoing for nearly 3 years and other pest control companies would put traps down and i'd never hear from them again and the rat problem remained. Nothing would change and all of the other companies would do the same. It was like they just couldn't be bothered. Trap down, no check up to check the traps, no phone calls to ask how anything was no more visits literally just a one off visit to shot a trap down that I could have done myself. So when Niall arrived for his first visit, I didn't expect anything great to be honest (sorry Niall!) How wrong I was. He was straight up into the roof having a good look to see what he needed to do. Niall would regularly check in to make sure all was okay, if i heard any activity etc and came back once a week to ensure he was doing everything he possibly could to sort the problem. He found various entry holes in the roof and burrows in the gardens where the rats were getting in. All missed by previous pest control companies. Every single entry hole he treat and covered so the rats couldn't use it again. Niall was very friendly to my little boy who has autism and is nonverbal and he was comfortable having Niall in our home and my dog loved Niall too ha! A really friendly down to earth lad who literally made it his mission to get rid of stuart little and his mates knowing I'd suffered with this ongoing problem for such a long time and to say i was stressed with it would be an understatement. He also explained literally everything to me and answered every question I had so i knew exactly what he was doing and why. He always explained what he would do next visit if what he was doing at the time didn't do the trick so I always felt hopeful that the problem would be resolved as he always had different ideas and a plan in place on how to tackle it. 3 years on, numerous failed pest control companies and thinking the rats were here to stay forever, Niall from Contego came along got stuck in, perservered and I can now say I don't have rats! Woooooo! Didn't think i'd ever get to this point and it's all thanks to Niall! Rats have been here since I moved in and they have now well and truly been evicted! Thank you so much Niall. Contego - he's an absolute asset to you guys! Please pass on my feedback to him as i'm so very greatful for all of his determination and help. Highly recommended! Hopefully won't need pest control again but if I did, I'd request Niall 100%.
