        Visited the Cobblers Hall store as always amazing welcome by the ladies in the store made to feel very comfortable and welcome. The optician is brilliant once again put at ease explained everything before he did it kept asking if I was ok and then lots of advice and help choosing glasses. Had a problem with the nose pegs in new glasses so called into store of which the ladies dealt with it there and then Would highly recommend this optician

        I found them to be most friendly &helpful and even turned things around to adapt for me to have my eye test done from my wheelchair .......

        One of the most helpful and honest opticians i have ever used. I have high astigmatism which makes contact lenses near impossible to get correct. The opticians tried getting mine right but admitted he could not succeed so offered me a full refund. So friendly and customer orientated which is a rarity. Even advised me to go to another optician which may be able to help.
