I would honestly give more than 5 stars if it were an option. Due to covid the website advises to allow an extra day for delivery so I called them to double check because I was limited on time as my order was for a leaving gift. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and we had a nice chat, he reassured me that 96% or 98% of orders were arriving the next day but that I would get a link once the item was collected and I could track the order. I also was also advised I'd get a one hour delivery slot which was great. Everything he said would happen did. Perfect! There is so much choice too, just excellent! Thank you.

Customer service is beyond amazing. I originally purchased a bottle of gin as a gift for a friend, but unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery and it didn't get to her. I was really impressed when Yvonne from the company stepped in to re-organise the delivery to an alternative address. Whilst I understand that companies should do this generally, we've all had nightmare situations with things not being delivered, however I got regular email updates about where the delivery was up to and Yvonne made it clear that she was making it her business to track the item to make sure it got to it's intended destination. Cannot say enough good things about these guys. I ordered some wine online for Christmas gifts and it arrived a few days before Christmas as promised. Upon opening one box it was several bottles short. A quick phone call to Steve and he figured the courier had dropped it and repackaged it (in an Aldi box!) without saying anything. They immediately sent me a replacement case which still arrived in time for Christmas. Yvonne followed up with emails letting me know it was sent and when it was out for delivery. I sent them photos of the box so they claim from the courier but their attitude was to get me what I needed asap and that was wonderful. Customer service like that is awesome to get. They have a great range of wines available and interesting combos for mixed cases. Will definitely come back here in future.

Amazingly courteous and efficient service, so unlike the usual. I placed an order online, but then telephoned with a couple of queries. The telephone was answered immediately, no menus, the gentleman was wonderfully helpful and sorted out everything for me. My order only just ordered hasn't yet been delivered, if it arrives as quickly as promised that deserves at least another gold star. But anyway so far 5 stars plus. Thank you Bottled and Boxed, I shall be back and I shall recommend you.

I use Bottle and Boxed regularly and I have received amazing service consistently. I would never even think about using a different company. I'm sent confirmation and payment receipts promptly every time and the staff are an absolute delight.
