Aycliffe homes were absolutely fab when I was involved with using them to purchase my first home. I had issues with the solicitors and aycliffe homes really supported with chasing things up and communicating updates throughout the process. I would highly recommend using them! They were really friendly, professional, efficient and supportive :-)

Shabnum is a rarity in this industry, my experience of agents in the past has been poor. Shabnum changed that, she is professional, diligent, proactive and responds quickly. All that and just a lovely person that genuinely cares for her clients, often responding outside of core hours where other agents are signed off. She sticks to her word, I never had to chase her once. I would definitely recommend selling with her. Thank you Shabnum you're awesome

It has been a pleasure to find an excellent estate agency. Shabnum was professional and efficient. All of my questions were handled and responded in a timely manner. Whilst my purchase didn't work out I will certainly be keeping an eye on other properties Aycliffe Homes bring to market.
