    Placed an order online. They were happy to take my money immediately, then message several working days later to say they have no stock. You need to sort out your online ordering system so that people can't order what you don't have. I have now wasted several days when I could have purchased elsewhere. Can't comment on the products, but their processes just aren't good enough.

    Absolutely shocking customer service, I rang for sales and they knew nothing about their own dehumidifiers other than whats on the website, spent ten minutes just to get the woman to listen to the question I was actually asking. Its completely put me off buying from this company, which is a shame as I was intending on buying British made. Furthermore, the number they give on their website for customer services doesnt connect (I had to dig to find a connectable number), which makes me wary that they will be very difficult to deal with regarding any warranty or other issues. Not what youd expect for the heavily priced units they sell. Clearly a marketing first kind of company rather than one that focuses on effective technology.

    Absolutely awful follow up service. Bought one of their expensive hot and cold washing machines to find it rarely spins properly. Have had it 5 months. Rang their "support" very early on and was told they were aware, and waiting for a software update......no further communication. Rang 2 months later and was told that the engineers were now doing the software update and we were on the list. Rang last week and was told we would now be prioritised!! My wife now would like me to pull it out and get one from Currys!! So pretty much every load needs to be re spun several times. Using more time and energy I wish we had just sent it back at the start. But were told we needed to do that within 30 days, or similar (we did make the first call within 30 days. I feel they should have swapped it/had it back if they knew there was a problem) Do not buy one of their washing machines unless you are sure it has had this issue sorted Still waiting.......hopeless. It's always us ringing them
