        How do I best describe a CVO fire experience, probably like an 1980s Alfa Romeo, it looks the part, never works properly and it corrodes everywhere!In other words expensive, but clearly not fit for purpose as an outdoor fire! After sales is appalling too, lack of decision making and wanting their Italian manufacturers to make the decisions, which takes weeks/ months, while in the meantime you have a big useless ornament in your garden thats just an embarrassment if you have friends round, as it never works! As much use as a chocolate teapot!

        DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Misold us a fire which they said would fit our application and then would not except return when it clearly did not fit. After arguing they offered to take fire back with 75% restocking charge !! The customer service manager Gavin is the most unhelpful person in this type of role I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with

        Moved into a new house that had a CVO Fire installed about 8 years ago, the team talked me through the fire and all the troubleshooting until we got it working again. Great customer service even out of warranty!
