        Really disappointed, and quite disgusted. I went to get my roots done (blonde) I was left in the chair with hair dye on for over an hour. When it came to paying for the bill, she said she only accepted card (nuisance) I came back with 40 pound, as only getting your roots done cost 30/35 pound. To which she said the bill was 60pound... My jaw dropped to the floor she then said 'oh no 55pound' I got charged for a toner, that I DID NOT RECEIVE as she washed my hair in a total of 5minutes... Then dried my hair with no products, didn't even style it really just dried it (still frizzy) apparently that costs 25 pound?!! I feel like I got scammed... And that I should receive a part refund actually. Really bad. I would avoid. Service: Hairstyling
