Foxglove Heating

Had my boiler booked in for an annual service. Frankie is very friendly and professional. The little things made the experience good. He wore shoe covers, placed mats down by my boiler and explained the process of the boiler service. He gave me a maintenance checklist and an invoice of all the work carried out. He is by far the most professional gas engineer I've dealt with. Highly recommended to anyone requiring work.

Frankie came out last night after an emergency call to him. he arrived at 5pm and was gone by 5.15pm and the best money I've ever spent. Great guy, who went of of his way to get my problem solved, heating on for my 85 year old father-in-law and even had time to talk me through "how it works". Folks, this is your man.

If only all tradesmen were like this!! I could have saved a lot of time chasing others if Id have known about him sooner. Faultless service from start to finish. Frankie replaced our boiler and did a great job. Lovely tidy work, a friendly guy and clearly very knowledgable and good at what he does
