        Dreadful experience, I purchased a wall mounted squat rack from Metaholic in September and when it was delivered I found that the paint was chipped in mulitple areas and flaking away down to the bare steel. I reported it to Metaholic immediately who responded and offered me a small discount so that I could arrange to have it re-painted myself, or a replacement rack. I accepted the offer of a replacement and was told that they were arranging a delivery date some 6 weeks ago, and that was the last I heard from them. I have tried contacting them on numerous occasions since but never get a response. Next step is contacting Trading Standards. I would never use this company again.
