Balefire

Hi. We bought your Mango Bonnie and Arcuturus at the Darlington market recently. Both are fantastic and we bought the Arcturus with a friend n kind who loves his hot spices. Well we gave him it on Sunday past and he absolutely loved it. He said it was the hottest but best sauce hes tried yet and will be buying some more. Brilliant so thank you and we'll be back. Cheers.

Me and my wife happened upon the Balefire stall at the Christmas market in Durham last weekend. The owner was really friendly, informative and had samples of a bunch of his sauces out to try. We were both amazed at how good they tasted and that the heat was matched with superb flavour (they do make mild sauces too!). They make everything from scratch too, including the beer that goes in some of their sauces!! We are quickly working out way through Our Sole Fire and the other sauce that I can't remember the name of - we will definitely order some more from your website when we run out!
